Yes we can! We’re always asked by our customers how they can re-order food after their campaign is over. We direct those customers to re-order on our website where we list our community partners.

No, we don’t charge for setting up your store. Starting and running a campaign is completely free to use.

We only charge a shipping fee. Current shipping is $15 plus a fuel surcharge of $1 per delivery within Calgary. $25 plus $1 fuel surcharge for shipping to surrounding communities.

Yes, you can pick up your products at our warehouse by selecting a time slot when you place your order at checkout.

We’re currently delivering within Calgary and the following surrounding communities; Okotoks, Langdon, Airdrie and Cochrane.

You will receive a confirmation email of your order. If your card is declined or wrong information provided Stripe does not hold for processing. 

Mistakes happen and we are here to help. Please reach out to the vendor for support and provide order details including the campaign you are supporting, The order number, and your name (name on invoice) and let us know what changes need to be made.

We do our best to support local whenever possible.  If we cannot source local product we do use local vendors, so we are always supporting local in some capacity.

Almost all items are either individually quick frozen or packaged individually.  Example, the chicken comes in a 4kg pack size but are individually quick frozen so you can easily grab one piece out of the box at a time.  Steaks are vacuum sealed, either individually or on packages of 4, just take out what you need per serving.

Refund Policy

1. Fill out the Form on the contact us page (urfundraising.com) and provide us with the following;

• Photo of the product tracking code located on the box
• Photo of the product to show us the quality concern
• Briefly describe the quality concern
• How much of the case was unusable?

2. We will either replace the product or issue you a refund at our discretion. 
3. Once we have all the information you can expect to receive your refund or replacement product within 15 business days.
4. Depending on the circumstances we may need to arrange pickup of the product.
5. We do not accept any returns after the 3 days from delivery.
6. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records

You’ll have 3 days from date of delivery to report a concern.

Why do we need this information?

In order to keep our 100% guarantee and to maintain the best quality products, we need to keep our suppliers accountable. This information is relayed back to the supplier so that they can track the problem(s) allowing us to avoid getting poor quality products in the future.

If we choose to refund your product, how long will it take?

Once we receive your request it usually takes us 3 to 5 business days to process, and then it takes your bank 5 to 10 business days to process our refund request.
