You get to pick your delivery date and a 4-hour time window during checkout.

You can choose a separate shipping address than your billing address during checkout. If you put in the wrong address, simple contact us 24 hours before your delivery and we’ll change it for you.

On the delivery day, you’ll be send a text with a link to track your delivery. Usually we try and provide an eta. 

You can contact us on this page by filling out the form or you can call us, number listed at the top of this website or at the bottom if your on mobile.

Please contact us immediately or at least 24 hours prior to your delivery day and we’ll change it. 

We currently ship to Calgary, Langdon, Airdrie, Okotoks and Cochrane. Alternatively you can pick up at our warehouse for free or have it shipped to a friend or family member.

You will receive a confirmation email of your order. If your card is declined or wrong information provided Stripe does not hold for processing. 

Yes, you can pick up your products at our warehouse within the date and 3-hour time slot you choose.

Mistakes happen and we are here to help. Please reach out to us for support and provide order details including the campaign you are supporting, The order number, and your name (name on invoice) and let us know what changes need to be made.

***Changes need to be made 24 hours before shipping and a new shipping day may have to be provided.***

Refund Policy

 

  1. Fill out the Form on the contact us page (urfundraising.com) and provide us with the following;

 

  • Photo of the product tracking code located on the box
  • Photo of the product to show us the quality concern
  • Briefly describe the quality concern
  • How much of the case was unusable?

 

  1. We will either replace the product or issue you a refund at our discretion. 
  2. Once we have all the information you can expect to receive your refund or replacement product within 15 business days.
  3. Depending on the circumstances we may need to arrange pickup of the product.
  4. We do not accept any returns after 5 days of shipping.
  5. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records

You’ll have 5 days from date of shipping.

Why do we need this information?

In order to keep our 100% guarantee and to maintain the best quality products, we need to keep our suppliers accountable. This information is relayed back to the supplier so that they can track the problem(s) allowing us to avoid getting poor quality products in the future.

How long does it take?

Once we receive your request it usually takes us 3 to 5 business days to process, and then it takes your bank 5 to 10 business days to process our refund request.

We reserve the right to replace or refund the product and we will require the old product returned.
